Sales Executive - Tally ERP

  • Minimum Qualification : Graduate. Should have basic accounting knowledge (Candidate from Commerce filed will be an added advantage).

  • Experience : 1 - 3 year's experience as Tally Sales (Tally Demo) or Software Demo.

  • Software Proficiency : Tally.ERP 9 and other versions knowledge, must be proficient in use of MS Office - specially Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Profile :

  • Understanding the business need of Customers

  • Give Demo of various modules. Features of Tally to potential customers

  • Close the customers with effective Demo

  • Detailed knowledge of all the modules of Tally will be added advantage

Executive - Tally ERP Implementation & Support

  • Minimum Qualification : Should have basic accounting knowledge (Graduation in Commerce will be added advantage).

  • Experience : 2 year to 4 years as Tally Support / Tally implementation experience on field.

  • Software Proficiency : Tally.ERP 9 and other versions knowledge, Must be proficient in use of MS Office - specially Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Profile :

  • End to End experience in Implementation of Tally ERP 9 Software

  • Training User on various operations of Tally

  • Should be able to support Tally users and Tally Application by personal visit, on telephone, online etc. as per the need

Accounts Executive

  • Minimum Qualification : Commerce Graduate

  • Experience : minimum 1 year’s experience as Accounts Executive

Job Profile :

  • Various accounting transactions like sales, purchase, Receipt, payment, bank & cash, inventory management etc.

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Petty cash management

  • Generating sales bill and following for payments from customers

  • Complete banking operations like deposits, withdrawal, cheque making, communication, etc.

  • Helping auditors to manage various Govt. compliance like VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax, TDS, etc.

  • Internal audit checks.

  • Co-ordinate with other departments like customer care, sales & marketing, office boys, etc.

  • Regular reporting to seniors.

  • Minimum Qualification : 12 Science + Diploma in Computer / Technology / Electronics (Preferably B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering)

  • Technical Qualifications : Should have knowledge / awareness of Computer hardware products such as antivirus, fire wall, CC TV, Antivirus, IT infrastructure etc.

  • Experience Years : Minimum 2 year’s work-experience in this field.

Business line :

  • Solutions providers in computer IT hardware Domain.

  • Designing and implementation of company’s network infrastructure

  • Computers, firewall, IT AMC, Server installation, Antivirus etc. installation and Management

  • IT Management of Clients

  • All the products and services which comes under the domain of IT Hardware management

Job Profile / Responsibilities :

  • Increase company revenue by generating freshbusiness for the company

  • Strategies for increase in sales and client base

  • Generate sales lead and Meet sales target
